We are proud to offer our loyal customers instant access to our loyalty points scheme. You can earn points for every pound spent. £1 is worth 1 point, and for every 100 points you earn £1. You can use this towards both Day Trips and Holidays.
Terms & Conditions - Cloud Nine Loyalty Points:

Have no cash value.

Can only be used toward your final balance and cannot be used against deposits, insurance policies, or gift vouchers.

Can only be redeemed in whole pounds up to a maximum of £50.

Will only be issued to the person making the booking; however, points will be issued on the Full Final Balance.

Will be issued on the completion of the initial booking but will not be able to be redeemed until after the Holiday/Day Trip to which they relate has been undertaken.

Will only issue points for bookings made directly through Cloud Nine Holidays and not through Third Parties.

Will not be issued if a holiday or day trip is cancelled.
