Falmouth, the main resort of the South Cornish Riviera, boasts one of the highest average sunshine records in Britain, hence the gardens have a profusion of sub-tropical plants. Falmouth has a marvellous harbour for a range of boats, from yachts to large ocean going ships, overlooked by Pendennis Castle, one of Henry VIII’s forts. Falmouth is a bustling friendly place. Founded on its important port and superb location at the Southern end of the Fal estuary. Here you will find sandy, golden beaches and spectacular scenery. The town centre has many specialist art and antiques shops as well as an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and hotels offering a selection of world wide and traditional Cornish cuisine.

Family run hotel, with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a sun lounge where you can enjoy wonderful views out to sea. The hotel is located close to the town centre and docks, and was used as Naval Headquarters for the region in 1945.

Known to locals as being the dazzling jewel in Cornwall's Crown, St ives is a must-see when in the area. Its a picturesque fishing harbour and seaside town wth a maze of cobbled streets throughout with a range of independent shops and fisherman's cottages for you to take a peek at.

Newquay is Cornwall's favourite holiday destinations, boasting some of the finest sany beaches in the country. Not only does Newquay have beautiful sandy beaches but it is surrounded by breathtaking countryside so you truly experience the best of both worlds. Newquay also has a zoo and aquarium so if sun worshipping isnt your thing your can experience Newquay through those.

The Eden project, nestled in a huge crater, is an educational charity, that connects us with each other and the living world, exploring how we can work towards a better furture. Here, massive Biomes housing the largest rainforest in captivity, stunning plants, exhibitions and stories serve as a backdrop to the striking contemporary gardens.
